We were happy with their covid precautions as all machines were open due to them having plexiglass between every 2 machines and an abundance of hand sanitizing stations.

The front desk staff and Cienna were very helpful, and went above and beyond The casino was a blast, the convenience of a night out was great.

There was cold champagne ready in our room. We did the prime rib buffet for supper and the food was delicious and a good selection.

Breakfast was included and there was about 5 choices you don't just get a standard breakfast, and the food and service was perfect.

We got a private two hour time slot in the pool and hot tub to ourselves which was nice at night then did the massage in room. We got to pick our music and the massages were just what we needed!

We always enjoy breakfast at Little Chief. Will, Kaitlyn, Mairyn, and the rest of the staff are super friendly and pleasant. Our room was very comfortable with mini bar munchies, as part of their Staycation package.

Elizabeth and her trainee at Blaze was friendly and attentive. The bartender at Stage Bar was also attentive, super friendly, and helpful as she was trying to change channels to a baseball playoff game.

As time goes, food becomes lacklustre. The people really make the difference with this location all of them fantastic we had a server SLAVA that bent over backwards to look after us the cooks and the chefs behind the Buffet were so friendly and helpful and even being greeted at the front by awesome people makes us want to come back makes us feel like home makes us feel welcome.

Service is always great. This last time there was a very poor selection of food. Alot of seafood options when you are there for beef and vegetables.

But we go alot and still love the place. Was difficult getting salad and dessert as chef did not speak English.

She yelled this out 3 times so that everyone in the restaurant would look and stare at him. Very unprofessional!!! Maria has no class and obviously zero people skills.

She decided to shame a patron who has disabilities. Shame on you Maria!!! Shame you!! This really spoiled the meal and experience we had that day.

We have attended the buffet a week prior with out any incident and had a wonderful respectful meal and encounter with the staff.

The difference on Friday Dec 4 , was Maria was out to set a example of her opinion superseded a person with disabilities.

Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet! All COVID protocols were in place! Since we planned on spending time in the casino after dinner, we were very disappointed that those same protocols were NOT observed in the casino!

There were many customers not wearing masks or wearing them improperly so since no one was monitoring this, we chose to leave as we felt very uncomfortable!

The food as a whole was sub par at best. The snow crab was dripping water and overcooked and the crab and lobster claws were tasteless.

The only good things were the roasr beef and the desert. Best environment great testy food excellent service clean tables will go again. I will recommend to anyone for best seafood in Calgary.

Best deal for seafood. Pastas could use some improvement, and muscles sometimes have sand in them, but other than that, amazing food.

The worst buffet experience I had in 30 years. Their Thursday Seafood buffet is decent, for this reason, I've decided to try their Asian buffet Not much selection, the sashimi was almost near stale, and the hot food was tasteless with a horrible texture not near how they are supposed to be.

The Asian buffet is not worth the price I've paid.. Buffet was great. They really take safety into consideration. Excellent food and service.

Thank you! We went for the seafood buffet. The lobster claws were horribly over cooked to the point of being rubbery, shrivelled up and stuck to the shell.

Also, the scallops are served raw. The beef was amazing though. Stick to what you know Alberta, beef instead of seafood. Disappointed in the seafood.

Food was served hot. Servers were efficient and fast. COVID protocols in place and seemed very good. I have nothing nice to say so I will say nothing at all.

Disappointed with the food choices for a seafood buffet there's not enough seafood choices to choose from.

You have the claw, baked mussles and the small clams in the main buffet. I don't even remember if there's a fish or squid being served or shrimp on the main dish.

Bonus maybe for a seafood buffet, is the roasted beef, chicken, noodles, baked potato I'm hoping more seafood dishes to choose from on a seafood buffet!
